Returns Process & Timeframe

 

 

Step 1: 

If you are not happy with our products, please contact us by phone or email to request a full refund and return within 30 days from the purchase date.  (orders@bramblehedge.com.au)

 

Step 2: 

Immediately after you contact us, we will email you a returns form and instructions on how to send the products back to us.

 

Step 3: 

Once we receive back your returns form and the returned products. We will process 100% refund of the purchased products price within 5 business working days. Note that your bank may spend multiple days processing the transaction in addition to our processing days. 

 

There are no return costs involved. We offer Free returns, which means we don't charge any return fees to process your refund or exchange of goods. Note that while we can pay the return postage on a product swap to you, postage to send the products to us is to be paid by the customer and does not form part of our free return policy.
